Reports to: Director of ED/Inpatient
Description: The LPN provides care to the patient population is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge in the Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, and Extended Care settings while utilizing accepted standards and protocols Basic Life Support (BLS). The LPN is responsible for the achievement of patient outcomes through the implementation of clinical pathways. Available for on call duty.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Colorado.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
- 6 months of Medical – Surgical Nursing/or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital preferred.
- Basic Life Support – BLS.
- Good computer skills for patient documentation.
Status: Full Time Days or PRN
Locations: Kremmling Skilled Care Unit
Compensation: $30.39 – $44.66 DOE + $5,000 Sign-on Bonus Housing Stipend available for residents of Grand, Summit and Jackson County.
