Granby Campus

Since opening in 2012, Middle Park Health’s Granby Campus has become a key hub for primary care and emergency services. With a 2,000-square-foot family practice clinic, a surgical suite, and inpatient rooms, Middle Park Health at Granby provides high-quality healthcare ranging from emergent care to surgery and rehabilitation, with specialties that include screening imaging, laboratory services, and rehabilitation. Kremmling Campus

The original Middle Park Health location, Kremmling Campus & Emergency Room, has been improving the health of residents in Grand County since 1933, and is the first Level IV trauma center in Colorado. As a designated critical access hospital, Middle Park Health – Kremmling plays a vital role in providing accessible healthcare to residents in the area, including lab services, imaging, and rehabilitation. On campus is a 24/7 emergency department, family practice clinic, and support services. From on-site medical equipment, including X-ray and CT imaging, for prompt diagnosis of broken bones and other acute injuries, to trauma bays and inpatient care rooms for handling injury, Kremmling Campus provides high-quality care for a range of conditions.

Conveniently located near Winter Park and Winter Park Resort, Middle Park Health Fraser Campus is a new hospital in eastern Grand County. Built to meet the growing healthcare needs of the Fraser Valley and the surrounding areas, Fraser Campus is a state-of-the-art facility, offering emergency medicine. The 30,000 square foot facility is designed for accessibility, to support the current and future needs for healthcare in Fraser, CO, ensuring residents and visitors have access to high-quality medical care in the event of an emergency.
