Bio: Carli earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado in 2024 and soon after relocated to the mountains to pursue a career in rural healthcare and reconnect with her family’s roots in Kremmling, CO. She works with patients of all ages and conditions, with a particular interest in neurologic and vestibular rehabilitation. In addition to her clinical training, Carli holds a minor in Spanish Language and has experience working with Spanish-speaking populations in healthcare. She is passionate about using these skills to provide rehabilitation services in Grand County. Outside the clinic, Carli enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing, and traveling to new countries around the world.

Middle Park Health’s Granby Campus is currently without power due to an area outage. At this time we are awaiting information on when power will be restored. We are running on generator power to essential areas of the hospital like the Emergency Department which will remain open.

Our primary and specialty clinics have preemptively cancelled morning appointments. Our registration and scheduling staff is reaching out to all patients to reschedule. Physical Therapy patients are still being seen as scheduled.
