Bio: Lyndsey is a Nurse Practitioner that provides comprehensive care to our remote, mountain community. Her main goal while working with her patients is to optimize their health and desires to help them live their best lives in our beautiful county. She loves building strong, lasting deep personal connections with members of the community as her care goes beyond the clinic – she gets to know patients as neighbors, friends, and families. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends hiking, biking, walking, riding horses, and watching all of the kids athletics.

Middle Park Health’s Granby Campus is currently without power due to an area outage. At this time we are awaiting information on when power will be restored. We are running on generator power to essential areas of the hospital like the Emergency Department which will remain open.

Our primary and specialty clinics have preemptively cancelled morning appointments. Our registration and scheduling staff is reaching out to all patients to reschedule. Physical Therapy patients are still being seen as scheduled.
