Bio: Makana earned her AS degree and licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2013 and has since been practicing primarily in outpatient orthopedics. She has extensive experience in post operative rehab as well as various shoulder, knee and hip injuries. She is known for being a compassionate and skilled provider with Middle Park Health. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time in the outdoors year-round with her children snowboarding, biking and paddle boarding.

 

Middle Park Health’s Granby Campus is currently without power due to an area outage. At this time we are awaiting information on when power will be restored. We are running on generator power to essential areas of the hospital like the Emergency Department which will remain open.

Our primary and specialty clinics have preemptively cancelled morning appointments. Our registration and scheduling staff is reaching out to all patients to reschedule. Physical Therapy patients are still being seen as scheduled.
