Bio: Dr. Matt Fabian is a Board-Certified General Surgeon who has over 15 years of experience. In his previous communities he’s served in various leadership roles within surgery and within the community. He helped grow a family business and has worked alongside strong clinical teams in both urban and rural hospitals. Outside of the surgical suite, Dr. Fabian enjoys being outside, whether skiing or biking, or just recharging in the sun.

Middle Park Health’s Granby Campus is currently without power due to an area outage. At this time we are awaiting information on when power will be restored. We are running on generator power to essential areas of the hospital like the Emergency Department which will remain open.

Our primary and specialty clinics have preemptively cancelled morning appointments. Our registration and scheduling staff is reaching out to all patients to reschedule. Physical Therapy patients are still being seen as scheduled.
