When you need immediate medical care for non-emergency concerns, visit our location in Winter Park. Our team treats injuries and illnesses such as the flu, common cold, urinary tract infections, eye infections, rashes, wounds, sprains, broken bones, cuts, respiratory illnesses, and other mild to moderate concerns. Some patients may require referral for emergency services to our Granby or Kremmling locations, but most receive treatment directly from the clinic in Winter Park.

Patients can also receive vaccines, X-rays, lab work, and other types of diagnostic care and preventive treatments at our primary care clinic at Winter Park. Well-visits and check-ups are available for child, adolescent, and adult patients.

The Winter Park Walk-In and Family Practice Clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for clinic appointments. How to Find Us

The Winter Park Walk-In and Family Practice Clinic has a central Main Street location at Cooper Creek Square, next to Winter Park Town Hall. Use these directions to visit the facility.

From Granby and points north:

  • Take U.S. Interstate 40 East into Winter Park, where it turns into Main Street.
  • Turn right on Cooper Creek Way to enter the clinic complex.
  • The Winter Park location will be on your right. 

From the west:

  • Take US-40 East into Winter Park, where it turns into Main Street.
  • Turn right on Cooper Creek Way to enter the clinic complex.
  • The Winter Park location will be on your right. 

From the south and east:

  • Take U.S. I-70 East to US-40 West.
  • When you reach Winter Park, US-40 becomes Main Street.
  • Turn left on Cooper Creek Way to enter the clinic complex.
