Quick Lab Test
Middle Park Health provides you with accurate and timely results for:
Breath and Alcohol Screenings – As requested by the Department of Transportation and blood test, urine, and breath drug tests for adolescents or other statutory requirements.
Basic Metabolic Panel (BMP) – Electrolyte screening or tests for health conditions like diabetes or chronic renal disease.
Total Blood Count (CBC) – Test for symptoms of cancer, heart disease, mineral and vitamin deficiency, inflammation, infections, and other health problems.
Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP) – Additional testing to assess the health and function of your liver and kidneys.
Overnight or Fasting Blood Glucose Tests – Prediabetes and diabetes management.
Hemoglobin A1C Tests – For people living with type 2 diabetes to help them manage their blood glucose levels.
Fasting Lipid Panel Checks – Screening for good and bad blood cholesterol levels
Hepatic Panel – Testing for the health and functionality of your liver
Pregnancy Tests – Through blood or urine specimens.
Thyroid Panel Tests – Patients presenting hormonal imbalance symptoms.
Urinalysis – Test and diagnose infections that increase the risk for chronic renal disease, diabetes, and liver diseases.
Covid-19 PCR Testing – Sent to the state CPDHE lab for testing and/or respiratory viral panel (includes 14 different respiratory viruses)
Effective January 1, 2023, Quick Lab Services will be offered Tuesday and Thursday, 8am – 1pm. You can access any of our quick laboratory testing services Tuesday and Thursday, 8am – 1pm. Regardless of your testing time, you can make an in-person collection of your lab results the next business day.
Other Lab Testing Services Available at Our Facilities
Our lab performs testing in a variety of specialties including chemistry, hematology, blood gas, coagulation (PT/INR, D-Dimer), microbiology, rapid kit testing, and urinalysis. We also have a blood bank at our Granby facility where we can perform blood typing, antibody screening, cross-matching, and transfusion services.

Comprehensive Metabolic Panels – For diagnosis of high blood pressure, kidney disease, heart arrhythmia, and other health conditions
Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) Testing – For an important biomarker in the diagnosis of Congestive Heart Failure
- Renal (Kidney) Panel – Includes creatinine for an overalll assessment of your kidneys
Iron studies prescribed by your physician to test iron imbalance
Trauma panel lab services which are often ordered after severe injuries
Serology tests to identify antibodies present in the blood after infections like Covid-19
Microbiology testing, to test the presence of infectious viruses, bacteria, and organisms
Any testing that is not performed on-site is sent either to our main reference lab, Quest Diagnostics, or specimen can also be sent to LabCorp.
