Behavioral Health Services
Mental and Behavioral Health have become a top community concern in rural areas like Grand County. To support our community in accessing resources and local services, Middle Park Health offers Behavioral Health Services.
Behavioral Health Navigators, Jessica Reed and Andrew Thomasson
Healthcare can be overwhelming, and our Behavioral Health Navigators are available to assist not only Middle Park Health patients, but members of the community. Our Navigators help remove barriers to behavioral health care. They can inform you about available treatment options, assist in coordinating your care with various providers, and follow-up with you to make sure you are getting what you need. In addition to navigation, our Navigators provides brief interventional therapy. No referrals are necessary and both travel throughout the county and aim to meet you at your most convenient location.
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Marcie Beroske
Our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner works with patients of all ages and specializes in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health and substance use disorders in various settings including inpatient and outpatient care, community mental health, college mental health, and residential treatment.
Marcie’s services are available in-person in Kremmling and Granby. Her schedule is included on our Specialty Clinic Calendar linked here.
