What To Expect
You will connect with staff as you arrive, they will escort you to the ER for evaluation and treatment. First, a triage nurse will gather information about your health concerns. For severe injuries, such as major auto accident trauma, first responders will take you directly to the ER for care. Non-life-threatening injuries may require a short wait, though our team will use this time to complete necessary paperwork and order lab work or imaging tests if applicable. Some emergency conditions can be treated immediately, and you can leave the hospital right away. Other conditions require extended care and result in admission to the hospital. Middle Park Health offers many follow up care options. Middle Park Health offers a wide range of primary care and specialty services to include orthopaedic treatments and surgical services, general surgery, gastroenterology, rehabilitation services- occupational therapy, physical therapy, concussion management, and speech therapy, laboratory services, imagining services among many other advanced treatment modalities.
