Dr. Ratcliff is a General Surgeon who recently joined Middle Park Health’s team. Dr. Ratcliff was born and raised in Wyoming. He completed his medical school training at University of Utah College of Medicine in Salt Lake City and his General Surgery Residency in 1988 at State University of New York – Upstate. From 1991to 1992 Dr. Racliff completed a Fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at Sansum Medical Clinic in Santa Barbara, California. Dr. Ratcliff is dual board certifi ed by the American Board of Surgery in both General Surgery as well as Colon/Rectal Surgery.

Dr. Ratcliff brings his expertise in surgical procedures including:

Internal medicine physician Mark McCaulley, MD, FACP,  is uniquely trained and experienced in the management of  diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and liver. He treats conditions and diseases of the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon and rectum, pancreas, gallbladder, bile ducts and liver; specifically, colon polyps and cancer, hepatitis, heartburn, peptic ulcer disease, colitis, gallbladder and biliary tract disease, nutritional problems, irritable bowel syndrome and pancreatitis. Dr. McCaulley has had several publications in the scientific medical literature on gastroenterology and other medical topics. He has been in private practice in Steamboat Springs since 1982.
